Betty Jeanne McLean (Buckle), beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on April 12, 1934 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Betty lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to her family and friends.
Betty graduated in1954 from nursing school in Regina. As a Registered Nurse she spent over 45 years working in the field in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and BC. She was known for her unwavering work ethic and commitment to patient care.
Beyond her professional achievements, Betty had a rich social life and enjoyed travelling, playing bridge, and knitting mitts and toques for the local elementary schools.

Betty’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She is remembered for her kindness, wisdom, and the countless memories she created with her loved ones.

Survived By:
Betty is survived by her children, Sabrae (Berne) Udala, Ginger McLean, and Cid McLean; her grandchildren, Britt, Tess, and Duncan; and her sister, Sherry Morris, and her Brothers Robert Buckle and Sam Buckle. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert McLean, her parents, Samual and Patricia Buckle, and her brothers Farley Buckle and Raymond Buckle.
