Update: Regina police arrest man wanted by Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP

Cordell Keepness was wanted on a warrant for breaching a conditional sentence order.

Regina Police Service arrested Cordell Keepness on May 6 in Regina. He is scheduled to appear in Regina Provincial Court on May 7.

FORT QU’APPELLE – The Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating 38-year-old Cordell Keepness, who is currently wanted on a warrant for breaching a conditional sentence order.

Keepness was serving the sentence for convictions tied to incidents in the Fort Qu’Appelle detachment area in 2023 and 2024. Police say he has violated the conditions of his release and remains at large.

Keepness is 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and distinctive scars on his left ear and left knee.

While he is known to frequent Regina, Pasqua First Nation, and Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation, his current location is unknown.
