REGINA — The southbound lane on the Albert Street North overpass will be closed for one day to allow emergency repair work, the City of Regina announced Tuesday.

During the closure, all southbound traffic coming from Highway 6 will be detoured onto the westbound ramp of Ring Road. Motorists can use Argyle Street as an alternate route to return to Albert Street.

Intermittent lane closures on Ring Road are also expected throughout the repair project.

The city is advising transit users to check with Regina Transit for any service changes or stop closures that may affect their routes.

Residents are thanked for their patience and reminded to slow down and be cautious in construction zones.
