On March 23 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of a robbery on Moosomin First Nation.

Thomas聽Richard聽Sutherland, now 45, who was facing charges of manslaughter and unlawful confinement,聽originally had a trial date scheduled to start April 28.

At approximately 1:55 a.m. on March 23, police were dispatched to the 500 block of 21st Street East for report of an assault.

At around 7 a.m. on March 24, police were called to the 800 block of 15th Avenue East for a weapons complaint where a window was shot.

At around 12:30 a.m. on March 24, police responded to a report of an unwanted person in the 300 block of River Street West.

At around 10 p.m. on March 25, police were called to a business in the 400 block of Confederation Drive for a report of a woman that had brandished a firearm in front of a Loss Prevention Officer.

On Feb. 18 at approximately 9:05 a.m., Nipawin RCMP received a report of a break and enter at the post office in Codette.

On March 23 at approximately 6:20 p.m., officers were called to the area of 12th Avenue West and 16th Street West for a weapons complaint, where it was believed a firearm was discharged multiple times.

Shortly before 4 p.m., March 23, it was reported that a group of youths had entered a shopping mall in the 200 block of 1st Avenue North with what appeared to be a firearm.
